We have entrusted NSSE with our power protection requirements since 2007, primarily for maintenance service contracts for our UPS systems across our varied sites. We have always been pleased with the level of service they provide and look forward to continued relations in the years to come.
We purchased our first UPS system from NSSE in 2006 and have since had a UPS installed in our Data centre in Birmingham. We were impressed by both the professionalism and level of service. We required both advice and supply at short notice and NSSE delivered. This prompted us to use NSSE again for a 'Parallel' system installed last November when we moved to Stoke on Trent. We had an issue with a power cut and thought it was an external fuse. We phoned The NSSE support line and the engineer called back within minutes. He was on site within 30 minutes and fixed the fault which was nothing to do with the equipment supplied by NSSE. Top marks
