A UPS maintenance contract will guarantee a timed response along with round the clock emergency coverage, technical support, software and firmware updates. It also includes an annual (or 6 monthly) service visit to ensure the smooth operation of your emergency power solution. If your UPS is out of warranty we also offer parts inclusion as an option.

Why have a maintenance contract if the UPS is under warranty?
A manufacturer’s warranty will cover the parts and labour costs if the UPS becomes faulty. The warranty will not guarantee a specific response and fix time in the event of a failure and does not include any servicing of the UPS system.

We also offer generous discounted pricing for multiple units across one or more sites and on contracts from 1 - 5 years.
