Amend or cancel your order
If you would like to make a change or cancel your order placed online, please call us as soon as possible on 0333 222 4000 or email email@example.com with your name and order number. Your order number can be found on the confirmation email or visiting your account page.
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards and American Express.
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours and will confirm all deliveries. Deliveries are made via courier anywhere on the UK mainland and require a signature. Please contact us for deliveries outside of the UK.
Return & Refund Policy
We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an unwanted item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must obtain a returns authorisation from NSSE Ltd - please contact us for this. Any returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in its original packaging and must also include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you require a refund, we will inspect the returned item on receipt and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your requested refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a credit to your original method of payment. This will be done within 24 hours.
If an item is found to be faulty on delivery, we will ship a replacement immediately at no further cost to you. We will also arrange for the collection of the faulty item.
