UPS Installers

Consult, Design, Deploy, Install, Maintain - our 5-point process from conception, through to handover and long term support.

Site Survey 2

Whether it is a new Uninterruptible Power Supply, or the relocation of your existing equipment, our five point process will ensure a swift and seamless transaction, executed within budget and on schedule.

Consult - Our field-based engineers will consult with you at your place of business, understand your immediate and long-term plans, and will offer guidance and suggestions for a future-proofed solution designed to meet your needs and expectations. These free of charge site visits will also ensure that all elements of the project are identified to help mitigate any disruption to your business continuity and operations.

Design - Once we have identified your requirements, our office-based sales team will offer a proposal (or proposals) which best suit your needs and budget. Our long-standing relationships with our UPS manufacturer partners allows us to offer the best solutions on the market at the lowest costs, allowing us to be extremely competitive and pass on considerable commercial savings for our customers. Our commitment is to provide the most efficient power protection solution that meets your requirements, tailor-made to your budget.

Deploy - Having undertaken a comprehensive site survey, we will deliver the equipment just ahead of the arranged installation. Our team of specialist transporters will deliver and position the UPS equipment, ready for our engineering team to install your new UPS.

Install - We offer full electrical infrastructure services which includes installing suitable incoming mains supply cabling, isolators and output distribution solutions (if required) from the UPS to your critical load. Comprehensive RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) are provided upon request. All of our engineers are trained to the latest electrical industry standards and carry certification and accreditation relevant for all the UPS systems we install and service. All electrical works carry a 12 month warranty.

BSI, in its role as the UK National Standards Body, has published Amendment 2 to BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations). It introduces a new requirement for Arc Fault Detection Devices (AFDDs), updated requirements for the documentation of the fire safety design for buildings and a new chapter on Prosumer’s Low Voltage Electrical Installations.

Amendment 2 was effective from 28 March 2022 with the previous version, BS 7671:2018+A1:2020, being withdrawn six months later.
You can download our partner Eaton's white paper below on this subject for information of the changes, how it will affect your installation, and what it means for our industry.

Maintain - We offer comprehensive UPS maintenance services which include around the clock emergency coverage, a guaranteed (24/7/365) response to site for fault calls, and planned annual servicing. These benefits will help to ensure that your new UPS continues to operate as effectively and efficiently in the long term, as the day it was installed.
